Claire Thomas is a dedicated and registered Nutritional Therapist and NLP Practitioner on a mission to empower purpose-driven female entrepreneurs living with chronic illness. She focuses on supporting them in increasing their energy levels and working towards their life ambitions through personalised nutrition and lifestyle changes. With a background as a children’s nurse, Claire faced a life-altering challenge in 2012 when she was diagnosed with CFS/ME and was informed that recovery was unlikely. Undeterred, she undertook a proactive approach, delving into nutrition and mindset. By implementing these practices, Claire not only supported her own recovery but discovered a calling to empower others, particularly those grappling with burnout and chronic fatigue. Claire embarked on a transformative journey by recognising the importance of empowering busy women to prioritise their health and well-being. In 2019, she seized the opportunity to leave the NHS, returning to university to retrain as a Nutritional Therapist and NLP Practitioner. After graduating in 2022 and launching Nourish to Soar, Claire is now dedicated to working with female entrepreneurs. In her practice, Claire empowers women to achieve tangible results, including improved energy levels, hormone balance, enhanced overall health, weight loss, reduced digestive issues, alleviation of brain fog, and freedom from sugar dependency. Claire’s unique journey, coupled with her professional expertise, positions her as a compassionate guide and mentor for women striving to optimise their health and wellness amidst the demands of entrepreneurship.
